How I can help

We all can see that the face of the workplace has recently changed greatly. We recognize that most of the work being done today is about problem solving. We are solving problems for clients, co-workers and within our industries. And what can we all agree on? Chronic stress kills creativity and creativity is at the centre of problem solving.

Stress resilience training is key to fostering creativity by making us better at adapting to change. We all know that things never go as planned, yet we all get stressed when our perfectly laid out timelines, budgets and deadlines aren't met. What I do is help you create a strong foundation in your life and within yourself so that you can weather these changes with open eyes and an open mind. So that you don't get caught up in the past or worry about the future. You learn how to be here, now so that you can accept and solve the challenges that you face.

 

 

Who I am

I am originally from Toronto, Canada. As an avid traveller, explorer & adventurer, I have travelled to all 7 continents, 43 countries (last I counted) and hundreds of cities. And throughout that travel and exploration I have been fortunate enough to have lived and worked on 3 continents, in 9 countries and in more cities than I can count on my hands and toes.  I have made and remade my life over and over again. I have said tearful goodbyes and days later met new friends who became instant family. I have learned how to let go and open myself up to the new experiences and gifts that life brings me each day. And even though some days I get suck in old habits, I have been fortunate enough to learn how to still my mind long enough to face my challenges and to actively create a life where I do what I love all over the world.

My life goal is to bring all the knowledge I have acquired through: teachers, courses, books, life, failed experiments and experiences, to you. I want to help people slow down and enjoy life without having the constant noise and chatter in our minds. I want people to feel fully able and confident and to face challenges because they are confident in their ability to breathe and work through any discomfort. I want to help you get the best life you can. 

I am an Advanced Level 2 certified MBSR teacher, a mindfulness coach, a double certified yoga instructor and a certified yoga therapist.
