Stress Reduction

 

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Package

8 x 90min Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) workshops + a 30min one-on-one stress reduction coaching session per participant. The workshops are held in small groups where we systematically develop scientifically proven ways to manage, handle and ultimately reduce stress. We use neuroscience to better understand the inherent nature of the mind, the evolutionary aspects of our stress alarm systems and the interconnectedness of thoughts, emotions and sensations. This is a good option for those who are recovering from burnout, are susceptible to burnout or wanting to take a preventative approach to stress reduction. Workshops are weekly. The one-on-one coaching session is to be held at any point during the 8 weeks.

Intensive Stress Reduction Package

A combination of MBSR workshops, relax yoga, meditation (8 x 60min sessions) and a 30min one-on-one stress reduction coaching session per participant. Twice per week for 4 weeks. The one-on-one coaching session is to be held at any point during the 4 weeks.

Customized mindfulness workshops to fit the needs of your organization. Possible topics include building trust & accountability, creative engagement, mindful feedback, mindful communication. In these workshops we narrow the focus to gain a more precise understanding of the topic. All workshops are tailored specifically to your organization.

Creative Engagement Lecture Series

Four 1-hour lectures that explore how choosing to engage in a more thoughtful and present manner can unlock (both personally and professionally) an untapped capacity to meet the world head-on. The four lectures are as follows: Creativity and Choice, Responding vs. Reacting, Communication is the Key & Cultivating Creative Spaces.


Deep Dive Seminars

3hr seminars focusing on communication, trust or stress-reduction. This longer format is especially useful for those who want to gain tools necessary to increase their effectiveness as leaders and their cohesion as a team. There is also a possibility of covering all 3 deep dive seminars in a multi-day seminar training.

One-on-One Leadership Development

Build trust, improve collaboration, and increase your capacity to work well in COMPLEX situations. Mindful leadership is about breaking down barriers as well as repairing and enhancing communication. In addition there is a strong focus on engaging and supporting your team to be cohesive, creative, open and successful.

 

Office Yoga & Mindfulness

Yoga Classes

A 60min hatha, vinyasa or relax yoga class held on either yoga mats or in chairs. All classes are suitable for all levels and are built around the collective need of the participants.
