Office Yoga & Meditation
Through yoga and meditation we reduces stress and increase focus, awareness and creativity. These classes get employees away from their desks so they can breathe, move and ultimately feel better (physically, emotionally and mentally). Feeling clear and refreshed, they are able to bring that sense of calm and focus back to their work tasks and environment.
Each class is approximately 1-hour long and they are designed specifically for any level and can be tailored to fit your needs.
Leadership & Wellness Programs
Deep Dive Seminars: In a 3hr seminar bring your team together and learn how to better deal with: stress, perception and communication. Choose one or book all three!! In each seminar we will spend the time exploring our natural habits and how we can find more effective and useful ways to approach conflict and disharmony—both as an individual and as a group. Become a more mindful leader and a more cohesive team.

Creative Engagement Lecture Series
In a lecture format I will highlight and explain key information found in the eight-week MBSR program.* These lectures are available as either a one-, two-, three- or four-part lecture series.
Creativity in Choice: An introduction to mindfulness and to waking up to our automatic pilot.
Responding vs. Reacting: Tools to identify, manage and change patterns and habits.
Communication is the Key: Discover how stress, expectations, habits and emotions affect our communication and learn how we can engage with ourselves and other differently.
Cultivating Creative Space: Learn ways to foster a low-stress, highly creative and open work environment.
Each lecture is approximately 1 hour long. They are available for larger groups and can be tailored for corporate events such as: conferences, kick-offs, team-building, etc.
